Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Identification and contact information
The products for sale on https://my.xlabocchiali.it (hereinafter the “ Site ”) are sold and invoiced by MEETING srl UNIPERSONALE (hereinafter “ Meeting ”), with registered office in Via Pozzillo Zona Industriale Ponteselice – 81100 Caserta (CE), a company registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Caserta under REA no. 208683 of the Company Register, Fiscal Code 02964400614 and VAT no. 02964400614.

2. Nature of the service
Meeting exclusively supplies sunglasses, eyeglasses, and eyewear accessories from the XLAB brand, of which it is an official reseller.
3. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
3.1 The contract stipulated between Meeting and the Customer (i.e., the individual making the purchase on the Site, not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity) is deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by Meeting. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Meeting will promptly notify the Customer.
3.2 By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the Order ), the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the Conditions ).
3.3 These Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
4. Purchase methods
4.1 The products offered for sale by Meeting are only those present on the Site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
4.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the product description are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).
4.3 To place an Order, the Customer must fully complete the relevant form on the Site and submit it after carefully reviewing the Conditions and the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request that Meeting issue a tax invoice for the purchase, if desired, pursuant to art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
4.4 Meeting will confirm receipt of the Order by sending an email to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the terms and conditions of purchase, as required by applicable law, as well as the information entered in the Order, so that the Customer can verify the information and promptly notify any necessary corrections.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
5.1 The prices listed on the Site include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges will be communicated to the Customer in advance through the Site or these Conditions.
5.2 The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal: The Customer can use PayPal for payment according to its specific methods.
- Amazon Pay: Customers can use Amazon Pay for payments according to its specific methods.
- Google Pay: Customers can use the Amazon Pay circuit for payment according to its specific methods.
- Credit card
If purchasing by credit card, the transaction may take place through the secure Shopify Payments server or another secure server chosen by Meeting.
Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will Meeting be able to access the Customer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction. Meeting will not store this data in its computer archives, and therefore, under no circumstances will Meeting be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties during payment. - Installment payments with PayPal, Scalapay, and Klarna: These are financing methods that allow customers to purchase and receive products immediately by paying in 3 or 4 equal monthly installments.
- Bank transfer
For purchases made by bank transfer, the customer will see the bank details for payment after placing the order. The goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of payment (the receipt is not valid), even if the shipping time indicated is 24 hours. If Meeting has not received the bank transfer payment within 10 days from the order acceptance date, Meeting will cancel the order and send an email to the address provided by the customer.
6. Delivery of products and related costs
6.1 Purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 24-48 hours of Meeting's acceptance of the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before the Order is placed. Meeting reserves the right not to ship the goods, even after accepting the order, in the event of anomalies in the order received or incorrectly calculated amounts. In any case, for deliveries outside of Italy, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
6.2 For all orders received from Friday after 2:00 PM until Sunday, or on public holidays, processing begins on the next working day. In these cases, shipping times are calculated from the start of order processing.
6.3 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. Customers are therefore advised to contact their country's customs authorities in advance to verify costs and any import restrictions.
6.4 The delivery times indicated by Meeting are purely indicative, as they are subject to factors that make their exact determination impossible. A delay in meeting these times does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or request compensation or damages.
6.5 Shipping times are calculated only after payment for the order has been received, not upon receipt. If paying by bank transfer, shipping will only occur after actual payment has been received (the receipt is not valid). We do not guarantee the shipping times initially indicated on the product page upon receipt of the bank transfer.
6.6 If the package is returned to the sender due to failed delivery, Meeting will contact the Customer to retry the shipment. Otherwise, in the event of no response from the Customer, Meeting will cancel the order and refund the order amount, net of shipping costs, within 21 (twenty-one) days from the order date by sending a notification via email to the email address provided by the Customer.
6.7 Meeting reserves the right to modify or update the products offered on the Site at any time, without notice.
7. Responsibility
7.1 All products are carefully checked by Meeting before shipping, ensuring their integrity. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials (e.g. adhesive tape).
- verify that the products are intact and correspond to what you ordered
Any anomalies or damage to the packaging and/or product must be reported immediately by making a specific note in the form of a reservation on the product delivery document, which must be returned to the courier.
7.2 If the products do not correspond to those ordered, the Customer is required to promptly inform Meeting via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section of the Site and has the right to demand the order be fulfilled, subject to the return of what was received, or, in the event of subsequent unavailability of the products ordered, to order different items of the same nature or, alternatively, to be reimbursed for any price difference or to cancel the order.
7.3 Meeting is not responsible for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, for which the courier used is responsible.
8. Right of withdrawal and product replacement
8.1 Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the products.
8.2 For shipments to Italy only, the Customer may alternatively request a replacement of the product within the same timeframes.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous Article 8.1, the Customer may request a self-service return of the product from their account in the Orders section and by clicking "Request Return" next to the product they wish to return. Following approval of the request by Meeting, the Customer will receive an email containing the instructions and the return label.
8.4 To request a product replacement, the Customer must send Meeting a communication to this effect, indicating the order number placed, within the terms indicated in the previous article 8.1, via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section of the Site.
8.5 In the event of a return or product exchange, the Customer will receive an email containing the return label and instructions for preparing and returning the package to Meeting within 7 days of the shipping label's creation date. Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the aforementioned timeframes and to cancel shipping labels that have exceeded the 7-day limit from the creation date.
8.6 In the event of withdrawal, shipping costs will be borne by Meeting only for orders shipped to the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, the United Kingdom and the United States.
8.7 In the event of a replacement, shipping costs are covered by Meeting only for orders shipped to Italy and only for sunglasses or optical frames.
8.8 The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging, stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, color and size, in accordance with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below: the right of withdrawal or product replacement may apply to the product purchased in its entirety;
- the right of withdrawal or product replacement applies only to sunglasses and optical frames on the Site;
- for a return or product replacement to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, case, warranty seal, any information note or other documentation and accessory equipment);
- Any customs charges (if any) for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Meeting, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
- In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Meeting will notify the Customer, allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund. The product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
- Meeting will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in any way related to the return shipment.
8.9 In the event of a product replacement, once the products to be replaced have been received, Meeting will send an email with a summary of the replaced products, an indication of the delivery times and any differences in the amount to be paid.
8.10 Meeting will refund the Customer the full amount already paid within 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving the product, through a reversal procedure of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
8.11 In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal or the possibility of replacing the product in cases where Meeting finds that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact (e.g. damaged, deteriorated and/or dirty);
- the product is missing its external packaging and/or original internal packaging (e.g. without the warranty seal);
- the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. case, microfibre, etc.)
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal or the possibility of replacing the product, Meeting will return the purchased product to the sender, charging, if already refunded, the price of the product. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer . At Meeting's discretion, a partial refund may be offered to the Customer.
9. Warranties
9.1 All products sold by Meeting are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the product for defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the invoice, or payment receipt, together with the transport document and submit a formal complaint via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section of the Site within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered.
9.2 The warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the instructions for use and maintenance included in and/or with the product.
9.3 Following the report, in the event of non-conformity of the products, the Customer will have the right to obtain their repair free of charge, by replacing them with an equal or equivalent product, or request a return.
9.4 In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

11. Privacy
11.1 The personal data collected when the Order is placed will be processed by Meeting for the sole purpose of fulfilling the Customer's express requests, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy policy on the Site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the Customer's express consent.
12. Applicable law
12.1 The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution are governed by Italian law, without regard to conflict of laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of the Customer's municipality of residence shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising therefrom.
12.2 We wish to inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative out-of-court resolution of disputes, including cross-border disputes, accessible on the Site http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
