Returns, Replacements and Warranty

  • Return and Replacement

All orders can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery. For shipments to Italy only, the customer may alternatively request a replacement within the same timeframe.

Return Instructions

  1. Log in to your account and visit the section Orders
  2. Click on “Request Return” corresponding to the product you intend to return
  3. Once your request has been approved by Meeting, you will receive an email containing the instructions and the return label.
  4. Prepare and send the package within 7 days from the date the shipping label was created.

In case of withdrawal, shipping costs will be borne by Meeting only for orders shipped to the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the above-mentioned timeframes and to cancel shipping labels that have exceeded the 7-day limit from the date of creation.

Product replacement instructions

  1. Submit your replacement request by filling out the contact form in the section Contact us of the Site.
  2. In the contact form, specify your request and indicate the order number for which you wish to request a product replacement.
  3. You will receive an email containing the instructions and the return label.
  4. Prepare and send the package within 7 days from the date the shipping label was created.
  5. After checking the returned product, Meeting will send an email with a summary of the replaced products, the delivery time, and any differences in the amount to be paid.

In the event of an exchange, shipping costs are covered by Meeting only for orders shipped within Italy and only for sunglasses or optical frames.

Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the above-mentioned timeframes and to cancel shipping labels that have exceeded the 7-day limit from the date of creation.

  • Warranty

All products sold by Meeting are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the product for defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or payment receipt, together with the transport document and submit a formal complaint via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section of the Site within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

  • The warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the instructions for use and maintenance included in and/or with the product.
  • Following the report, in the event of non-conformity of the products, the Customer will have the right to obtain their repair free of charge, by replacing them with an equal or equivalent product, or request a return.
  • In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

Damage caused by improper use and/or poor maintenance of the product, including deterioration or wear and tear from use and accidental damage by the consumer, is not covered by the warranty. Scratches or scratches on the lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty unless it is demonstrated that the product was defective upon delivery.


What the warranty covers:

  • Missing components
  • Delamination of the coating on sunglasses lenses
  • Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating
  • Flaking or deterioration of the frame
  • Welding defects
